Summarization : It’s not an easy job to be the employee of the month, do your kids science projects on windmills, take driving lessons and please the in laws in the dining table. The latter in the list kicked off well with this delicious Dosa variety I did take the courage to prepare. Palak and paneer is tossed in oil and mixed with the flour and the dosa is made in no minutes to become everyone’s favorite.

About Gojjavalakki Banglore : Gojjavalakki is a dish made using beaten rice and I got an opportunity to taste this tangy and yummy dish at a friend’s place. The beaten rice or Poha is spiced up using Rasam powder and the tanginess comes from the use of tamarind. It also goes by the name Huli Avalakki due to its taste.
About Fortune Select Jp Cosmos Hotel Bangalore : As a travel job assistant, my job is to guide my clients to the best hotels and travel destinations. I generally suggest the Fortune Select JP Cosmos Hotel to any clients who want to visit Bangalore as I feel that they offer luxury services at minimal rates. The hotel also has a big pool, a bar, a multi cuisine restaurant and many other reliable services.
Thrilled and Excited after the visit to the Bangalore Palace, I decided to head back to my hotel for the night. We were a little tired and hungry so going back to our hotel was the best option. The hotel which I had booked for this trip was Clarks Exotica which is one of the best five star rated hotels located in the city, away from the chaos of Bangalore crowd and noise.
The hotel is spread across 70 acres and provides a view of the Nandi hills. Since it is close to the international airport of Bangalore so I decided to book it for our trip. The hotel is an abode of luxury and one will be highly impressed after seeing the services and warm hospitality provided at Hotel Clarks Exotica Resort & Spa. I particularly liked the services of its world class spa facilities known as Seventh Heaven.
The in house restaurant of the hotel serves intricate mouth-watering delicacies which serves Asia, Continental and Indian dishes. The bar of the hotel is also a nice place to hang out with friends and family and try a large variety of wines and drinks. For the children there are many things in the hotel which will keep them entertained. The slides, the basketball courts and tennis court are nice outdoor games which kids love to enjoy.
There are many other activities too which can be enjoyed in the hotel. We spent our evening swimming in the crystal clear waters of the pool. The fitness centre and the gymnasium of the hotel is also having state of the art facilities for everyone. For our stay we had booked the Club Exotica room which was equipped with all the modern amenities like designer furniture, air conditioner, safe, mini bar, tea/coffee maker, LED TV, and WIFI.
After spending yet another amazing night at our hotel we were refreshed and raring to go out for another day of adventure in the Bangalore city. This time the place we visited was one of the famous temple of the city, ISKCON temple which is dedicated to Lord Krishna.
About Balushahi Bangladeshi Cuisine: I recently got to try a Bangladeshi dish called the Balubashi. It is very similar to the South Indian dessert called the Badushah. It was in shape of a doughnut and had a sweet buttery sugary glaze on it. It melted in my mouth in a matter of a few seconds and was a delightful end to my meal.
Spicy Crunchy Chakli : The Chakli is a native dish of Karnataka, made from rice flour and other spices. We visited a mixture shop in Bangalore and bought this item. It tasted very similar to the Murukku of South India, only this was much spicier and yummier. There are many different variants of Chakli made from pudina and other herbs.
